    I hope you can at least ring them and ask for an extension of time. They do make one so mad, I know. If any problems find out what their so called "Mission" (It is our mission to blah, blah, blah,........) is and then quote it back to them, cry real tears, demand to speak or see a Manager.

    How awful, 29 houes doesn't sound anything like enough.
    This is the formal appeal process. It is from Northamptonshire CC but I beieve they all work the same way.

    I'm lucky that I don't need a full time carer, though I need help at times. But I help people who do and they often have similar stories. Hope you manage okay. It shouldn't be necessary. more…
